How is Vani priced?
Vani, our SMS, WhatsApp and email platform, is pay-per-message from a prepaid wallet. You top up the wallet and each message is charged at a rate card agreed with your institution, so there is no monthly plan to choose. Messages sent from Netra use Netra’s published rates: SMS ₹0.25, email ₹0.10 and WhatsApp ₹1.00 each.

Billing: All prices are monthly prices unless marked per year. Payment is made annually in advance to use the services. GST at 18% is additionally applicable.
Netra’s published message rates (SMS ₹0.25, email ₹0.10, WhatsApp ₹1.00) apply to messages sent from Netra.
