What is Store?
Store (SwaDharma Store) is an ecommerce platform for temples, trusts and Ganpati or Navratri mandals. Each institution gets its own online store for prasad, merchandise and devotional items, with Razorpay checkout, counter pickup by a one-time QR receipt or pincode-based home delivery, and counter sales in the same system. It runs at swadharma.store and is built by 3ioNetra in Mumbai. Donations and seva bookings are handled in Netra, not in Store.

Temples under our care
Temples, maths (monastic institutions) and trusts across India use Setu to serve their devotees. Meet some of the institutions we work with, and explore the full list.
One store, online and at the counter
Sell prasad and merchandise to devotees anywhere
Store connects the online shop to the temple counter, so an order paid on a phone in Pune is handed over once, and only once, at the counter in Mumbai.
A shop that looks like your temple, not a marketplace
Each temple’s storefront has its own categories, products with variants and photos, stock status, cart and wishlist, plus its own support and legal pages. Checkout can ask product-specific questions — a name for a sankalp card, for example.
- Phone OTP and consent at checkout
- Per-temple sitemap and structured data for search
- English storefront with your own product names

Payments that reconcile themselves
Razorpay takes UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. Webhooks are signature-checked and queued, and a reconciliation job runs every five minutes with a daily sweep — so an order is neither lost nor charged twice.
- Part-payment — advance now, balance later — if you switch it on
- Platform and transaction charges borne by the buyer or the temple
- Payment Alerts when money lands but the counter hasn’t seen the order

The same system at the counter
Counter staff sell from a category grid in the admin, take cash, manual UPI with a UTR, cheque or pay-later, and reconcile cash per staff member. Online orders arrive with a QR receipt that the counter scans once to hand over.
- Each QR can be redeemed only once
- Hand over part of an order now and the rest later
- Per-staff cash reconciliation at the end of the shift

What is a temple online store?
A temple online store lets devotees buy prasad, malas, books and merchandise from a temple’s own website and pay online. With Store, each temple, trust or mandal gets its own storefront at yourtemple.swadharma.store, with counter pickup by QR or home delivery.
Can devotees collect prasad at the temple instead of delivery?
Yes. You choose pickup, delivery or both for each product. A pickup order comes with a QR receipt that the counter scans once to hand it over.
Can we take donations or seva bookings in Store?
No. Store is for products. Donations, puja and seva bookings and darshan tickets are in Netra, with your trust’s receipt numbering and 80G text.
Does Store issue GST invoices?
Not yet. Store records your GSTIN, but it does not calculate GST or issue tax invoices today. Speak to your CA about invoicing for taxable items.
Which courier do you use for delivery?
Store does not integrate with a courier. You set delivery charges by pincode zone, ship with the courier you already use, and enter the tracking number; devotees get it by email.
Can a Ganpati mandal use Store just for the festival?
Yes. The Festival Pack covers 15 days — five to set up and ten for the festival. Mandals that sell all year can choose the Year-Round plan.
Can we use our own domain?
Each store runs on its own address at swadharma.store, such as yourtemple.swadharma.store. Custom domains are not available today.
