For trusts that run many temples

One suite for a trust that runs many temples

A sansthan (a temple institution, often with several shrines) with a head temple and four smaller ones needs two things at once: each temple running on its own, and one devotee record the trust doesn’t have to type in five times. SwaDharma is set up for both.

Inventory temple switcher for a trust that runs several temples

What is multi-temple management software?

Multi-temple management software lets one trust or sansthan run several temples without merging their day-to-day work. On SwaDharma, Netra shares one devotee master across all the organisations of a trust; Inventory gives staff a multi-temple login with a temple switcher; Kshetra gives each temple its own booking path; and Darshan gives each temple its own live page.

The head-office questions

What a multi-temple trust asks, and how it works today

These are the questions trust secretaries ask in the first demo. The last column is the honest status.

The questionHow it works on SetuStatus
Will a devotee who gives at two of our temples appear twice? No. Netra keeps one devotee master shared across the organisations of a trust, with gotra (family lineage), nakshatra (birth star) and history.Live
Can a storekeeper work at two temples but not the third?Yes. Inventory’s multi-temple login shows a temple switcher with only the temples the person is assigned to.Live
Can every temple take its own room and hall bookings?Yes. Kshetra gives each temple its own path and public booking page, e.g. /datta-mandir/book-room.Live
Can each temple stream its own aarti (lamp offering)?Yes. Darshan has a page per temple, with up to 10 cameras each and its own schedule.Live
Can we message devotees of all temples without duplicates?Vani de-duplicates lists on contact and name, so a devotee on two temples’ lists is counted once, while family members sharing one phone stay separate.Live
Is there one sign-in for every app?Not yet. Each app has its own sign-in today; single sign-on across the suite is planned.Roadmap

Adding a temple

When the trust takes on a fifth temple

What actually happens, app by app, when a new shrine joins an existing trust on Setu.

  1. New organisation in Netra

The temple gets its own counters, sevas and receipt settings, and immediately sees the trust’s existing devotee master.

  2. New temple in Inventory

Its stores, units and staff are added; existing staff who cover it see the new temple in their switcher.

  3. Own booking path in Kshetra

If it has rooms or a hall, it gets its own public booking page and its own refund slabs.

  4. Own page in Darshan

Its cameras are added and it gets a live page of its own, streaming to YouTube or Facebook if it wants.

Pricing

Priced per temple, per module

Netra is ₹999 a month per temple for the counter, plus ₹199 per extra seat. Inventory plans are sized by users and items across all your temples. For a quote covering every temple and app, ask about a Setu suite plan.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Something else? Write to [email protected] or book a demo.

Does a devotee have to be registered separately at each temple?

No. Netra’s devotee master is shared across all the organisations of one trust, so the office looks the devotee up instead of entering them again.

Is there a single login across all temples and apps?

Within Inventory, yes — one login with a temple switcher. Across the suite, each app (Netra, Kshetra, Darshan, Inventory, DMS, Vani) has its own sign-in today; single sign-on is on the roadmap.

Can staff be limited to one temple?

Yes. Inventory shows each user only the temples and units they are assigned to, and Netra counter operators see only their own counter’s collections.

Can each temple have its own booking page and live stream?

Yes. Kshetra gives every temple its own booking path for rooms and halls, and Darshan gives every temple its own live page.

How is a multi-temple trust priced?

Netra is priced per temple per module; Inventory by users and items across the trust; Darshan per plan; Kshetra on request. Ask for a Setu quote to see it on one page.

Will devotees have one identity across all our temples?

That is what DharmaID, the devotee identity in the Setu app, is for. It is on a waitlist and not yet live; today the shared devotee master in Netra does this job for the trust office.
